Organisation Structure Design
Sometimes an organisation just wants to focus on organisation structure. We assist the executive work through a design process to interpret their business strategy, and then match it to appropriate structure designs. This is a high-engagement process where the team get to test various structure options that fit their specific business, and make a considered choice that aligns to the strategy.
Business Change
In most cases we assist implement the Operating Model or structure changes we have designed. In other cases, we work with an already completed design. Our focus in change is assisting leadership maintain business performance during change, and accelerate to the business benefits post change
