We recognise that solutions delivered by outside consultants often do not have longevity in a business, with the momentum around any change ceasing once the consulting firm exits. We use involvement techniques to gain buy-in to the improvement initiatives.
Our team also includes your people. Our projects are opportunities to develop your internal talent, not our junior consultants. Senior Executives and the CEO are always the visible drivers of the changes in these projects. We see our role as facilitators of a process so you can solve your issues, as opposed to purely advising solutions
Organisational Alignment
Often change and improvement initiatives do not deliver the benefits anticipated. One reason for this is the reliance on a singular approach to the change. Organisations are systems - a change in one part of the organisation may necessitate a change in another part.
